Payment Options and Insurance

At Lone Star Chiropractic, it is our policy to make our fees understandable and affordable.  To learn about your specific situation you can call or e-mail our office and we will do our best to answer all your questions.  We accept checks, cash and Visa or MasterCard (this includes flex-pay and HSA accounts).

Insurance:

Most insurance plans and personal injury cases are accepted at our office.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.  Here is a brief list of the most common insurances:

• United HealthCare

• Cigna

Self Pay:

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer affordable fees so you may receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.  We accept checks, visa and mastercard.

• Initial Visit $70.00

• Office Visit $45.00

Personal Injury:

We do accept most auto accidents cases.  Each case varies, please call us and we will be more than happy to answer your questions.
